I am the principal of Innovate Services and have more than 15 years experience of working in accounting firms. My specialty is in providing efficient and tailored services to clients.

Our ethos is to maintain a ‘work sharp’ ethic in the team and to maintain a high standard of service.

One of the things I love the most is developing strong relationships with every client and playing a key role in their business growth and development.

Errel Guarde BSc (Acc)

Having joined the Innovate team in 2017 as a bookkeeper, I have extensive experience in bookkeeping and hold a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. 

My strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, are my strengths. I get excited about bookkeeping and work with passion and enthusiasm to find solutions. My joy is in helping my clients business go from strength to strength.

My journey with Team Innovate began in 2019 and I love working with such an amazing and passionate crew. I have over 6 years experience as an accounting professional and have a Bachelor of Management Accounting.

I like to help our small business clients by being super organised and applying analytical thinking and planning skills to their bookkeeping and accounting.

I’m new to the Innovate team. I have extensive experience in business administration and practice management in various industries. I am an excellent communicator. I’m new to the Innovate team. I have been working as an accountant and auditor since completing my bachelor degree. I pride myself on my organisation skills and extensive experience in the industry.

I joined the Innovate team as part of a business acquisition. I have 6 years of accounting experience with managing small businesses and meeting various taxation requirements. My specialist skills are my eagerness to learn and keep up to date with the constantly changing tax and accounting industry. I am an excellent communicator and driven by defining client expectation and client satisfaction.
